FAQ / How many licenses do I need?
« Last post by Sandro on July 07, 2020, 08:25:28 pm »
Cityscape Pro comes with two types of licenses that can be selected during the installation.

1. Workstation license, Which has a User Interface and gets locked down to a machine once activated.

2. Render node license, Which is unlimited and free as long as you have at least one active Workstation license (no User Interface).

Render node license can be used to open and render scenes with Cityscape Pro but it doesn't have a User interface, so you won't be able to modify Cityscape Pro elements with that type of license.

When I apply Cityscape on the surface it generates downwards and not according to tutorial videos, how can I solve it?When I apply Cityscape on the surface it generates downwards and not according to tutorial videos, how can I solve it?
I have 3ds Max 2018

Hi, I think The scale of the scene looks small. I would recommend starting with a plane with dimensions of 100m by 100m. Also, what unit scales are you using? It is recommended to use inches in 3ds max System Units Scale –  Costumize>>Units Setup>>System Unit Setup>>System Unit Scale: 1 Unit = 1 Inches.

Please send us the problematic scene at [email protected] to further diagnose the issue.

Thank you.

Cityscape Pro / Re: Export Cityscape Pro objects
« Last post by Sandro on March 11, 2020, 03:07:48 am »
Hi

Is it possible to export Cityscape Pro created objects into other 2D software, like Lumion, Twinmotion or UE4

Would I just collapse the created parts?

Yes, you can export the geometry to other software, you might not even need to collapse the objects, just use *.obj or other format during the export process, however, exporting Cityscape Pro materials and textures would not be an easy task.
